Tamales being our specialty, we will custom make any kind of tamale not on our extensive menu. You can also enjoy Casa De Tamales' high caliber food away from the restaurant, as we provide catering service and we deliver bulk tamale orders to most metropolian areas in the Portland, Oregon area. Canby Asparagus Farm's Casa de Tamales is offering the first cooking class of the season. It will be held Monday, December 12, 2011 on the “art of making corn tortillas”.
The class is a hands-on cooking experience and will last about 1½ to 2 hours from 7:00 to 8:30 or 9pm.
Space is limited and the first 5 people to sign up will get their class for free. All utensils, tools and ingredients are provided.
The cost of this class is $45 per person and includes taking your tortillas home with you. Think about making this into a unique holiday get together for your office.
