Our tasty ingredients are grown locally at Canby Asparagus Farm or Winters Farm in Corbett. Because we prefer the all natural method of food preparation, all of our dishes and ingredients are made with no MSG and no preservatives. Most of our dishes are gluten free, and any dish can be made gluten free upon request. Many of our menu items (except for our delicious tamales!) are made using peanut oil. For an additional charge, any of our tamales can be prepared using only organic ingredients.
